“ We stopped in here for some tacos after seeing the write up in Texas Monthly magazine. The tacos were tasty. I had 5 small tacos on corn Tortillas. A mixture of beef, chicken, and barbacoa. ”

Family atmosphere and DJ was playing Sunday after 4pm Consome was great and dinner portion is enough to feed 2 The only downside is that you have to wait to be seated and then wait again to be served , unless you order barbacoa de borrego, which has no waiting time ”

“ Came here after reading about it in Texas Monthly and it did not disappoint!!! Incredible incredible lamb barbacoa machete and tacos!! The corn tortillas were so tender and had a great corn flavor too. We don’t speak very much Spanish and everyone was very helpful, service was better than we get at restaurants. I saw a comment talking about things being gamey but I would say they just taste like really delicious and slow roasted lamb. Can’t rate this place high enough!! ”

“ Great barbacoa de borrego. The food is homemade and delicious. The corn tortillas are handmade which is always a big plus. The consome de borrego was tasty and well made. I even ordered coffee and it was cafe de olla. The salsas were very good and spicy. All around I came here for the barbacoa de borrego and this place did not disappoint. Only issue was is this place needs an overhaul on decor and their facilities...Overall a great place with authentic food. ”
